First off, thanks for visiting! I appreciate your interest in my work :)  Please read the following before placing a commission.

Terms and Conditions

• Currency: USD

• Payment: Must be received via PayPal within 24 hours after I give you a slot. Work begins only after payment is received.

• Reference Images: Required. If you want me to work from description only, an additional $15 fee applies.

• Complex Designs: May incur an additional $10–$30 fee, depending on complexity. I’ll inform you beforehand.

• Turnaround Time: Estimated delivery time listed on the price page is approximate and may be delayed by up to 2 extra days.

  • A Fast Delivery add-on guarantees a specific earlier delivery date.

• File Format: Final product will be delivered as a PNG. Clean PSD file available upon request.

• Revisions: Additional revisions are allowed before the final copy is delivered, and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Refund Policy
No refunds (full or partial) will be issued once payment is received, unless I’m unable to complete the artwork by the agreed deadline.

Usage & Rights

• Personal Use Only. For commercial work, please email me to discuss details.

• I (LOUIS_9N) retain all rights to the artwork. I may post it publicly and use it in my portfolio.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

You may not:

• Resell or use the artwork for prints, merchandise, or any commercial purpose.

• Use the artwork to train or generate AI content.

• Claim the artwork as your own.

• Alter the artwork beyond minor edits (e.g., cropping, adding text) without removing my signature.

• Trace my artwork.

You may:

• Post the commissioned piece to your gallery (Pixiv, ArtStation, X, Instagram, etc.) as long as you credit me in both the description and title.
